Mandatory Disabled Facilities Grant

Mandatory disabled facilities grant is a means-tested grant which is available for altering or adapting a property to meet a disabled persons needs.

The disabled person does not need to be the owner or tenant of his or her home, but it should be their main home once the adaptations have been completed.
