Improve your health, prevent future illness and meet new people - all it costs is a little time.
Walk for health Liverpool organises guided walks to help you get started if you haven't been active for a while. Walks last for about an hour- just turn up around 10 minutes before the walk starts in comfortable footwear and clothing and off we go......

Winter Wheels and Walks is being held on 10th Decmeber , you can ride your bike or join brisk health walk around Princes Park. For starting times and more inforamtion download the leaflet. You can also help the Friends of Princes Park raise money while you having fun by being sponsored to cycle or walk around the park. The money raised will be used to provide picnic tables for the park. Follow this link to download a sponsor form.
