Joint inspection of services for older people in Liverpool
In January this year, the Healthcare Commission, the Commission for Social Care Inspection (CSCI) and the Audit Commission carried out a joint inspection of services for older people in Liverpool. In June, a report was published with their findings. It can be viewed in electronic form here:
The Primary Care Trusts and Liverpool City Council are now required to develop a formal response and an action plan to address issues raised in the report.
To enable us to consult with as many people as possible and to get your views, we are asking for your comments about the report. If you would like to put forward your views, please consider the following questions
- Are there elements of the report that you strongly agree with? If so, please tell us what they are.
- Are there elements of the report that you strongly disagree with? If so, please tell us what they are.
- In developing an action plan and to address issues within the report, what would be your top three priorities?
